Ah, I use GroupWise too and receive all my UNIX mail with it. GroupWise will infact truncate the message for you =)
You can goto File->Save As and just save it to a text file and see the entire message. GroupWise isn't deleting part of your message, only the viewer is truncating what it shows you.

Does anyone know how to increase the size of a mail message?
In a korn shell script I am using mailx -s "subject" user@domain <
logfile.log.
The problem is that the mail message is being truncated to 115774 bytes.
I
increased the MaxMessageSize in sendmail.cf, restarted sendmail and
still
the same problem. Any hints or clues? OR maybe its not AIX but the
Groupwise mail server.
