Summary: tcpwrappers when sending e-mail

Thanks to "Ricardo (Tru64 User)" and "Steve VanDevender" pointing me to the
obligatory exixtence of "/etc/hosts.allow".
I found this file, icluding all services started through "inetd" -> stated as
"ALLOW"
and all others stated as "DENY".
As "smtp" was not started through "inetd", it was denied !!!
In a first step I took off the read-permissions of "/etc/hosts.allow" and I was
able to send mail through the server.
