problems booting up

Hello Managers,

        I need your help once again. I shutdown my TRU64 Unix server,
the wrong way as I was getting late. This morning when I tried to boot
up again I got the message;

Halt button is IN, BOOT NOT POSSIBLE

Can anyone please advice me how to bring the system back to the normal
login mode. Thanks!
