SUMMARY: DS10 and the new DS15 - memory requirements

I'm still unsure if 200pin is a standard memory size, or proprietary to HP,
but here is what I found out for sure.

HP use Infineon memory on DS10, the part code for 256MB is HYS72V32120WR-8-B
There is an Infineon part code to capabilities decode matrix on their
website. The DS10 part decodes as:

HYS = SDRAM-based Memory Modules
72 = ECC
V = 3.3v
32 = 32 Mbit
1 = Data Sheet defined
2 = Two Memory Module Banks
0 = Product Variation (?)
W = Package Type (?)
R = Registered DIMM
8 = Speed 8ns @ 2-2-2 cycle
B = Die Revision (?)

The DS15 version should be similar but 133MHz. My best guess is that it
would be 7ns or 7.5ns using the speed table below for comparison:

6 =166 MHz (PC166 3-3-3)
7 =133 MHz (PC133 2-2-2)
7.5 =133 MHz (PC133 3-3-3)
8 =100 MHz (PC100 2-2-2)

Thanks also to Benjamin Ingwersen for offering to locate a cheaper source of
OEM/generic memory if we go ahead with the DS15 purchases.
