Thanks to those who gave me some ideas. The problem was resolved by the
French HP CSC.
In single-user mode while issuing a hwmgr -view devices the result was
empty.
So the hardware registry is corrupted and the system is confused. The work
around was to replace for the root_domain the /dev/disk/dskxa link by a
/dev/rzyya.
No the database should be rebuilt.
