Finally I downloaded the patch kit from Con Tassios' Swinburne FTP server in
about 30 seconds, and a post-pk7 package from Iain Barker's site as he
recommended.

I tried to download the patch from

but it's unbearably slow. And after 3 hrs for 3MB(/100MB) the download
broke. Basically I don't think my end (the campus network of Uni. Melbourne)
should be blamed.
Can anyone suggest an alternative site hosting the patch file or happend to
be keeping the file by yourselves ?
