SUMMARY can't bind to port - in use????

I received replys from Dr. Blinn and Rich Glazier - neither really told
me anything I hadn't figured out. There's some odd magic behind the scenes
in TruCluster that makes it behave in a manner slightly different than
traditional Unix. The V5.1A Network Administration manual may have more
useful information, but I haven't had a chance to dig much.
