Looks like when I rolled one of my systems to enhanced security (shadow),
I checked the box that says "execute bit can only be set by root".
A) is there any way to change that without a reboot (it isn't a change
from base to enhanced).
B) where in the system is that setting stored? (i.e. what file does that
check box change?)
