dtcm sending late reminders

Dear All,

Last Sunday the clocks went forward in most parts of Europe. However, on
our system dtcm does not seem to have noticed and is sending appointment
reminders an hour late. This applies both to appointments set up now and
appointments set up last week. There was a reboot yesterday (for the
libc security fixes) so all processes have been restarted.

Some details:

  Tru64 4.0G
  /etc/svid3_tz contains :GB-Eire/
dtcm correctly reports the timezone is GMT0BST
Other commands (e.g. 'date' and 'ls') correctly report time as BST
'date -u' reports correct UTC time
There are no TZ-related environment variables.

Has anyone else seen this? Any clues for fixing it?

Many thanks,
Bob
