Cannot recover using Legato Networker on tru64 5.1b

Managers,

immediately after an upgrade from Tru64 5.1 to Tru64 5.1b on two servers (
one GS-160 and one ES45) , Legato NSR 6.1.3 stopped restoring. Fortunately, it was immediately after the upgrade that I had to restore some files and founds that nwrecover would stop and
would complain of not enough space ( I don't know where) part of nsr daemon log show below:

I tried changing some kernel parameters for shm_mni and shm_seg but no
help.I wonder if there are other organizations running Tru64 5.1b and Legato
NSR.
