Problem with PK3 installation

Hello Managers,

I'm trying to install PK3 on a 5.1a system.

After choosing the patches, I'm asked to delete the following patches :
C 00158.07
C 00351.00
C 00414.00

So in single user mode, I use dupatch to delete them and I have a
problem there because there are no more tracks of what has been done
when installing these patches, so they can be deleted.

How is it possible to repair this problem ?
