Restrict a user.

Hi True Guru's

I'm looking for a way to restrict a user login in to only access a specified part of my disks.
I want a user to be able to use fpt and telnet, and I want the home dir to be the root dir.

I was thinking about the chroot command and I have actually set up the dir structure as descriped in "man ftpd" for an anonymous ftp server.

FYI. I'm doing this on a 4.0F Alpha 1200.
