Io error

I have a Sun E3000 running Solaris 8. I am unable to connect to the /usr7
file system. It gives me an IO error when trying to cd to any directories
below the /usr7 level. It also gives me the same io error when doing an ls
command in that directory. I also tried umount /usr7 getting the same
error. The entry in the vfstab file is as follows:

/dev/dsk/c1t13d0s6 /dev/rdsk/c1t13d0s6 /usr7 ufs 1 yes

Other errors that kept popping up during the re-boot attempt are:
