I learned a few more details, but no resolution yet.
Even one sender had a 'me too'!
Sun resellers can get the whole card, but not the cooler nor
the fan.
The cooler manufacturer is Neng Tyi, but I have not found a reseller.
The Model is MN01 or MN0111

A PC guy says that the socket looks like a socket 7 or
a socket A. I do not know if the socket has the right
tabs for a generic cooler.
