Are the Ultra 160 SCSI cPCI cards available?

cPCI is the only option in Sun E3800 servers.
Looks like it's impossible these days to find cPCI Ultra 160 SCSI 3U
form factor adapter.
Does anybody have an idea who may produce them ?
