Hello,

could anybody tell me (in theory or practice) which configuration will
result in better performance (i.e. more MB/sec I/O).

System is a E450. The system will act as a fileserver (Samba and NFS).

Config 1:
Connecting a 3310 with 2 HW-Raid Controllers and using Raid 5

Config 2:
Connecting a A5200 with dual path split Loop using SDS to stripe and mirror.
