Managers,
I need to find out whether a process is new as of a
certain time today, say 12:01AM.
The "-o stime,etime" option to ps definitely give me
some info about when the process is started, how much
time has elapsed since it is started. While it is easy
to tell by reading the numbers and mentally calculate,
it is not very straightforward to make sense of this
info programmatically.
