v880 and 28 net interfaces

hi!

i have a request to buy a sun server with 28 network interfaces.
the cheapest machine (in my opinion) which can handle this would be the
v880 (because of the 7 PCI Slots working at 33 MHz). if i use qfe's i
will get the 28 interfaces. is this right so far?
next question: will i face any problems using so much interfaces in one
server?
