I'm getting this error on my console window, and I'm unable to
log in:
message overflow on /dev/log minor #5 -- is syslogd(1M) running?
Additionally, after the last reboot (via init 6), it
seems that no services have been enabled, and I am unable to
use SSH and/or telnet in order to access the machine. I get
ping replies from the machine, but nothing more. Any ideas
on what to do?
