Ric Anderson, Doug Floer, Peter Stokes, and Nick Hindley
Fast response to goes to Ric who says I only NEED transmit, send and
ground, but the others are helpful. The clock signals are only for
syncronous. And as far as the offer to sell for $20+shipping.. I'll pass
since I already have the parts for about $12+my free labor.
