I have a Sparc 20 (machine identified as Sparcstation-20L in prtconf below)
and I just bought an 8 MB VSIMM on eBay. I have tried it in both of
the available slots on the memory block of the motherboard and then
run "boot -rv" and I do not see the cgfourteen0 fb detected.
Is there anything else I need to do to get the framebuffer to be detected?
I also have a TurboGX framebuffre (SBus card, cgsix0). Should this be
removed for the cgfourteen detection to work? Or should I believe that the
VSIMM is bad?
Any thoughts or advise appreciated.
