dtgreet or dtlogin problem

Managers,
We have an E4500 server that is a Sun Ray server, serving about 70 Sun
Rays. The E4500 has no graphics card. About a year ago, I had a problem
with poor system performance resulting from a default configuration of the
/usr/openwin/bin/Xservers file. As a result of the configuration, the
dtlogin process was chewing up almost all of our system resources. We just
upgraded from Solaris 7 to Solaris 9 and we are having a similar problem.
However, instead of dtlogin using most of the system resources, dtgreet,
which is managed by dtlogin, is using them all. Originally (when we had the
first problem), we did the following:

cp /usr/dt/config/Xservers /etc/dt/config/Xservers.SUNWut.prototype
>
> then edit the new file to comment out the line starting the display :0
Xsun.

:0 -nobanner

:0 -nobanner

> This is covered in the README.SUNWut located in /etc/dt/config.

Do any of you have knowledge of differences in Solaris 9 that might cause a
problem with dtgreet or dtlogin? Or, do any of you have any ideas regarding
a resolution to our new problem (mentioned above)?

Thank you for your help.
