SF12K Domain, conected with a Cisco switch and IBM SHARK em Hitachi Storage

Hi freinds!
I have a SF 12K domain running with Solaris 8 (kernel patch 108528-29) and it was directly attached to a IBM SHARK (F15)
Storage.
We have made a test that takes 2 minutes to be concluded and now, after we have conected passing by a Cisco Switch,
including a Hitachi Storage, the same test takes 17 minutes.
Have you ever seen this kind of problem and a solution for it?
