Bind errors on update packet update

We are trying to setup a Windows 2000 Active Directory server using Sun Bind
DNS Version 8.2.2p5 and am having some problems. When we try to establish a
root Active Directory Domain Controller and active directory server tries to
communicate with the existing Bind DNS, we receive the following error in
/var/adm/messages on the Sun Solaris 8 Bind DNS server:

named[2648]: [ID 295310 daemon.error] error processing update packet
(YXDOMAIN) id 2 from [xxx.x.xx.xx].1045.

We have tried to search Sunmangers list and have found nothing. We also
have searched the Bind db files and do not find any entries for the Active
Directory server, but when searching the web, we found that the YXDOMAIN
error means it is finding a record that should not exist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and we will summarize.

Thanks,

dh
