hi sunmanagers,
I'm facing a problem related to console in few of the
servers.
I've a SFv480 server which is running perfectly. but in live server
when I connect the console cable it shows me OK prompt. at this time the
server goes offline. then I give "go" at 'OK' prompt but it cutoff itself from
network then I had to reboot the server.
It means when I connect or
disconnect the console cable on live server it works as "STOP a" key.
Just
similar thing happens in another server which is E450 server. In that server
whenever I connect the console cable & boot the server & I left the console
cable attached with the server & no activity is going on the console server
then after few minutes it comes to OK prompt automatically.
I just want to
know is there any OBP setting related to this or this a H/W related problem..
