We recently added an 8-bay storage expansion kit to our E450.
One of our SA's found a document that showed how to correctly
route the cabling through the case .. ooopss .. no biggy, it
works but our approach was more work.
Anyway.. the document mentions 'setenv disk-led-assoc x y' that
has to to be issued after the installation.
My question is, what is this? It seems to affect only the E450,
at least I have not found anything referring to other Sun boxes.
The following link has been provided for a reference but can
anyone tell me why I need to do this, as I can already see the
controllers and disks attached to those controllers ..
probe-scsi-all identified the drives and boot -r .. format shows
the NEW controllers and drives.
