Fiber Channel HBAs in a SAN Fabric

Hi ,

I have one V880 server whith x6799a HBA, fully patched, attached to a
Hitachi Thunder 9200's through a Brocade Silkworm 2400 SAN switch (fabric
mode ). The server is unable to see the storage.the SAN switch
configuration is good (verified by Hitachi SE). When the 9200 is directly
attach to the
server and switched from point-to-point mode to arbitrated-loop,
the server can see the storage.Does anyone know how to solve my problem and
how to set the Sun HBA cards, X6799A in arbitrated-loop mode,
point-to-point mode or auto-sense. Thanks a lot for the responses .
