Thanks to all who responded, you are all very kind.
Now Jim's response contradicts every body else's.
The reason I asked this question was for several reason and one of thos I posted earlier on the list. On this array, I was continuously getting the following errors;

----------------------------------------------------
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: md: d5: write error on /dev/dsk/c2t2d0s5
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@4/sd@2,0 (sd32):
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun SCSI transport failed: reason 'reset': giving up
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: md: d6: write error on /dev/dsk/c2t2d0s7
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@4/sd@2,0 (sd32):
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun SCSI transport failed: reason 'reset': giving up
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: md: d4: write error on /dev/dsk/c2t2d0s4
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@4/sd@3,0 (sd33):
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun SCSI transport failed: reason 'reset': giving up
Jun 2 13:21:33 MySun unix: WARNING: md: d3: write error on /dev/dsk/c2t3d0s3
Jun 2 13:21:36 MySun unix: WARNING: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@4 (glm2):
Jun 2 13:21:36 MySun Resetting scsi bus, got incorrect phase from (0,0)
Jun 2 13:21:39 MySun unix: WARNING: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@4 (glm2):
Jun 2 13:21:39 MySun Resetting scsi bus, got incorrect phase from (0,0)
----------------------------------------------

I reseated all the drives and rebooted the machine with "-r" option, ever since the above errors have disappeared, but get Soft and Hard Errors on some of the disks when run "iostat -E"

Do not know what to make out of it. All the application seem to run fine.

Thanks again to all of you.

Regards
