Problem booting clone system

I have to clone a present production server running Sol8 Sun Ultra1
hardware to a Sun 220R hardware.

I keep getting the following boot errors.
So far I have:
o ufsdumped and restored from the production system /, /usr & /var via
a third system onto the target system disk

o set the boot PROM boot-file to kernel/unix

o on the new target system I have booted from a CD into single user
mode and used Joon Hansen advice to
  ok boot cdrom -s
  # mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /a
  # devfsadm -r /a -p /a/etc/path_to_inst
  # umount /a
  # halt
  ok boot -r

Any help is appreciated.
George
