Solaris user configuration

We are responding to an RFP and need to answer some questions, some of
which I don't even know where to look. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.

Here are some examples of information I need to gather.....

OS must log login failures? How/where is that done? I know lastlog for
successful, but how to get unsuccessful attempts?

OS must support a threshold of login failures before disabling account?
Once again, how is this accomplished and is it configurable?

OS must lock keyboard when max number of failures is reached?

OS must notify user of previous unsuccessful login attempts? I know
that it says when last successful was, but unsuccessful, including
quantity?

OS must provide time of day access controls?

OS must provide a user inactivity timeout and terminate a session?

The OS is solaris 9. I know how to expire passwords, and warnings, etc,
but not sure about any of the above stuff. Even if this has to be an
external authentication server, if anyone can provide what they are
doing in these situations, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Ryan
