I have to provide more details on our configuration. I didn't think they
may have importance, but they do:

We have two APC SmartUPS 5000 with *Web*/SNMP Management *Card
installed. We have two Sun Fire 280R plugged into these UPS's (as they
have dual power supplies, both 280R connected to two UPS's. Some other
servers are also connected to these UPS's.

Tom Payerle writes that PowerChute "did not really have support for multiple power supplies", but Network UPS Tools (NUT) do. I've checked out NUT, but snmp-ups driver said to be experimental. Ideally I would use the Web/SNMP Management Card.
Do you have any experiences on snmp-ups driver of NUT, or PowerChute's multiple power supplies support?
