Upgrade to Solaris 8 Fails

Greetings,

I tried to upgrade from Solaris 7 to Solaris 8 (2/02) just like I did many
times successfully in the past. When I insert the second CD it starts
processing the profile and coughs up the following error message:

ERROR: Mount failed for either root, swap, or other file system.

This is an E250. I was able to successfully do the same upgrade on an E250
last week. I can open up a terminal at this point and root and swap show
that they're mounted. I tried using another set of Solaris CDs and they
also fail. This one has got me stumped. Anyone have a clue for the clueless?
