Good morning,
I have a problem with the tape drive system. I am using a StorEdge L20
as back-up. One of drives has a tape in it and when I try to eject it I get
an error " nothing to eject". So I tried to mount another tape into the
drive and I receive the following error " cannot find slot '-99999' in
operation slots list'
I don't know if this is a common problem? Is there a solution to this
problem? Please can anyone help me with this?
