npasswd install problem

Sun managers,

I am trying to setup npasswd on my solaris 7 machine.
I followed all the steps
exactly as given in the Installation and buid manual.

1. Uncompress the file

$ gunzip -c npasswd-2.05.tar.gz | tar xf -

$ gunzip -c npasswd-words.tar.gz | tar xf -

$ mv npasswd-2.00/dict/* npasswd-2.05/dict

$ rm -rf npasswd-2.00

2. Configure
3. make
4. make install

After performing all of the above steps i dont see the
files 'history_admin'
and 'npasswd' under the directory /usr/lib/password.
Also many other files.
Did anyone encountered this problem?

Please help.
