Hello Gurus, I have one question.
I have one 280R which has 8Gb of RAM in 2 banks (0 and 1 )
today one of the dimms of bank one damaged.
I alredy report it to sun service, but for warranty detailts the part
and the Enginer will be available in 24 hrs.
This machine is very important, But I can not change nothing at least
physicaly or the warranty maid be void.
Can I disable at obp level or solaris level the entire memory bank, the
single dimm ?
so I can have a degradated production environment, but still a
production environment ?
Phisycal access to the machine is out of the question.
