using dd to clone a system disk

I have an ultra 10 with two 8 gig internal drives.
I used this command

# dd if=/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s2 of=/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s2 bs=1024k

I'm not sure if 1024k is correct for the block size.

The dd went ok. I then removed the cable from the original
boot disk and connected it to the 2nd. ineternal (the of of the dd
command) changed the jumper to indicate it is the master drive
and powered up the machine and get this error

Boot Load Failed
The File Just loaded does not appear to be executable.

Should I not be able to boot off of this 2nd. internal disk
that I just dd'd from the boot disk? This was a brand new 2nd.
internal disk that I installed into the machine. I did not use
format to do any kind of partitioning on it.

I'll summarize
