Hi,
I have some powerpath devices with the names like /dev/rdsk/emcpowerxc
(where x is 0.....)
I tried creating a disk set by following cmd.
istanbul>metaset -s harish_set -a emcpower18
metaset: istanbul: emcpower18: not a valid drive name
istanbul>metaset -s harish_set -a emcpower18c
metaset: istanbul: emcpower18: not a valid drive name
istanbul>metaset -s harish_set -a /dev/rdsk/emcpower18c
metaset: istanbul: emcpower18cs0: No such file or directory.
can somebody help me in figuring out how to add these devices to a disk set.
Intrestingly last invocation tells that metaset cmd expects cNtNdN drive
name only.
