A1000 : heathck shows 'Failed module'

I am running an A1000 with 12 times 18GB disks , attached to an E420R , running
solaris 7 , RaidManager 6.2.2

healthck -a gives following output :

Health Check Summary Information :

www: Failed module

-----------------------------------------------------

All the disks on the A1000 are available , and I can see them under 'format' ,
when I try
looking at them via the GUI , rm6 , the GUI freezes.

I placed a call with Sun , an engineer came out and replaced the controller , but
we are
still getting the same message. I am about to install patch 108834-07 , on Sun's
advice.
I am not at all sure this will cure the problem. I note that on the back panel of
the A1000
their are two lights , just to the right of a 9-pin connector , the top one of
these is a
steady orange colour.

Any suggestions on this one please ?
