Hello:
We just started having problems with our "off-support" SureStore LT-180
(PN#A5617A) SAN attached tape jukebox. The HP/UX host can see the rac
dev, but none of the internal tape drives (i.e. ioscan -fnC tape). We
have reset the jukebox and rebooted the host but the problem continues.
Does anyone have suggestions for how we can troubleshoot the problem?
