Hi All,
Thanks to Bill Hassell again for his detailed
explanation about this.
I did mistake with machine type. Actually it is
rx4610.
The solution is to install the patches for this.
I did install all the patches except for Omni backup.
There is a significant improvement for some
applications.

1. Especially with Xwindows, you must add *all*
Xwindows patches, networking patches and I would
include all the disk patches too. No significant
opsystem is really ready to run
without patches today.
2. Unfortunately, 11.20 is very old and there were
never any patch bundles created for this revision.
so patches should be downloaded for hpux 11.20 from
itrc.hp.com site..
