My thanks to those who replied very quickly and assisted in aiding to
resolve my dilemma! Got the answers and I'm moving on. Those that replied
quickly suggested looking into the HP Partsurfer Website which, I'd totally
forgotten about. Doh!

Subject: [HPADM] HP Product Ordering Guides / Product Codes

Hi Admin's,

In the old days' HP used to provide Configuration and Ordering Guides for
'Internal and Channel Partner use only'. As they said if you wanted a copy
then ask your friendly HP contact. I find myself in the need to identify a
new source which, I do not seem to be able to track down on any HP Internet
site (known of) or through Agents.

I need to identify some product codes for Old G, D and K class servers and
ancillary equipment. HP seem to have moved on with the new technology but I
have customers who still utilise very good PA Architecture and add-ons from
days gone by.

Does anyone know of a Website (say where I can submit a search non HP
Product Parts or Names) or have any guide lines, CD's that can be forwarded
to me by arrangement.

It's been some time since my last posting and I'm sure the Admin's out there
can be of the excellence this site has always been fit to serve.

Ciao

Derek
