Thanks a lot for all the replys, most of you suggested that creation of
/etc/securetty
and insert in this file
console
then chmod the file to -r--r--r-- permits.
Then the only terminal allowed to log in as root will be the console.
I'll try this ,

I have few users on my system,HP-UX10.20 and i need to make root users such
that every time an attempt if made to login with root with correct passwd,
it should say, login with any users then try su - root
Could any one help me by suggesting how this can be implemented.
