Good Day All,
I have a script that is run through a scheduling software package from Quest
Software called qmaster. This script has been running via the scheduler
for a long time without any problems. All of a sudden, it started failing
with the above error. In the script is a variable set as follows:
DATE=`date`. Very simple but I cannot figure out what this error means. If
I run the script manually it works fine. I commented out all variable
setting of DATE and then the script fail on another variable setting which
is setting a directory path. Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting
this error? Systems is an HP9000 N4000 running HP-UX 11.00.

Thanks,
Jim Naylor
