[HPADM] restricting users

Hi Admins,

I have a HPUX 11.0 machine and it is connected in a NIS environment,
such that users gets authenticated thru NIS to logon to this machine.
Normally users do rlogin and telnet and do their work.

I need to restrict the users such that only selected users gets login
access to this machine.

So, pls help me in this respect so that I can allow few users to access
the machine or deny few users.
