OK...I'll bite.
What are you trying to do? To manage the FastT from the AIX box, you
would either use the GUI (SMclient), or the command line (SMcli), assuming
that it was set up correctly.
Updating maintenance levels is normally done either to correct a defect or
just to keep current...not sure what your question is here.
I may (or may not) be able to assist with your Lawson question, depending
on what it is.
