I wonder why java gives you the requisite at all.
do you have bos.loc.com.JP installed? if not, r u sure you downloaded
the correct (language) version of java?

SMIT isn't that smart: if it's in the .toc it'll show it to you.
I'd be inclined to check the permissions on the filesets in the
directory,
then explicitly delete .toc and run inutoc again. If it still doesn't
show
up, have a look at the .toc file - it's not terribly complicated and
you'll
be able to confirm whether it's really in there.
If that's still no good, download the fileset again.
