Has this ever been fixed in later releases?
Using ~whoever/.ssh/authorized_keys with the appropriate public keys all is
OK
until the user has a UID is low probably < 10, tested on UIDs of 1 & 7.
If the UID is low then you a hassled for a password where you shouldn't be.
Openssh is ver 3.5.p1 on AIX 5100-04
