What's to be concerned about? SCO aren't backed by MS: MS just saw an
opportunity to stir things up a bit so bought a UNIX licence from SCO.

IBM have more money than God, or possibly even Bill Gates; they've chosen to
fight this but they could settle at any time if it looks like getting out of
hand.

Some of the affair is mildly entertaining, but no more than that.
