If you do not care about the order of records in a zone, you could
set up the new server as a slave server for the zones, get them
transferred (via the DNS zone transfer protocol), and then change the
new server from slave to master. If you have only a handful of small
zones, FTPing a tarball of the zones might make more sense.

I do not want to start a flame war, but from my subscriptions to

     bind9-users@isc.org

I get a different viewpoint regarding the djbdns software. I have not
used djbdns, so I can not make any personal comparison.
