problems moving from 7043-140 to 7043-260

I can restore my mksysb from the 140 to the 260 with no problems but when
the 260 reboots the hostname changes to localhost and the default gateway
disappears. I tried deleteing ent0 and et0 and rerunning cfgmgr but when I
do I get;

Method error (/etc/methods/cfgpty -l pty0 ):
                0514-038 Error loading kernel extension.
Method error (/etc/methods/cfglft -l lft0 ):
                 0514-032 Cannot perform the requested function because the
                                  specified device is dependent on another
device which does
                                  not exist.

The 260 is a 64bit machine and has 1gig of memory, twice that of the 140.
Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?
